Welcome to the Town of Oneida RecDesk Portal

Welcome! The Town of Oneida is pleased to offer RecDesk, our new online system for City Park facility rentals.

Through this portal, residents and users can:

  • View available City Park facilities and rental times

  • Reserve and pay for facility rentals online

  • Review rental policies, fees, and guidelines before booking

  • Complete required forms and waivers electronically

RecDesk is currently being used for City Park facility rentals. Additional facilities and features may be added over time.

Please review all rental rules, time limits, and fees prior to completing a reservation. These guidelines help ensure fair access, proper scheduling, and timely closing of park facilities.
